Job Summary

The Strategic Utility Growth Manager will play a crucial role in strengthening our international market position, driving revenue growth, and aligning with commercial teams at PVO International.

This senior-level position requires someone with at least 5 years of experience, capable of acting as a leader and operational manager to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead further growth in the Utility segment, solidifying PVO International as the preferred partner in the industry.
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with top-tier utility partners through advanced relationship-building techniques, leveraging industry expertise and persuasion to drive collaboration and innovation.
  • Explore and implement innovative business models and revenue streams that challenge the status quo, setting new industry standards.
  • Represent PVO International as a thought leader, attending industry events, sharing insights, and inspiring impactful change.
  • Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement within the commercial team, ensuring swift and customer-centric solutions.

Your Profile

A proven track record in a similar position, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, demonstrating strong ability to bring relevant parties and information together to deliver outstanding customer service.

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
