Strategic Utility Market Expansion Lead

The successful candidate will spearhead the further growth in the utility segment, solidifying PVO International as the preferred partner in the industry. Key responsibilities include cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships with top-tier utility partners across Europe, leveraging industry expertise and persuasion to drive collaboration and innovation. The ideal candidate will also explore and implement innovative business models and revenue streams that challenge the status quo, setting new industry standards.
As a thought brand ambassador for PVO International, the selected individual will represent the organization at industry events, sharing insights and inspiring impactful change. Additionally, they will serve as a pragmatic and goal-oriented leader, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement within the commercial team. A strong organizational leadership and customer-focused strategies will be essential in driving swift and customer-centric solutions.
The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include competitive compensation, including performance bonuses tied to both individual and organizational achievements. Retirement savings plan and professional development support are also available. Company car or transportation allowance, along with generous vacation (27 days) and personal leave, round out the package.
