Sales Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced National Sales and Marketing Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing national sales programs across all trade channels. This role requires strategic thinking, market analysis, and customer relationship building skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing, and a valid driving license. Proficiency in English and Catalan is required for this position. If you have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in contract negotiation and account management, we encourage you to apply.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

About the Job

The National Sales and Marketing Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing national sales programs across all trade channels
  • Partnering with marketing to develop and support defined sales programs in alignment with five-year strategic plans
  • Conducting market, customer, and end-user research to identify new opportunities and prioritize sales efforts
  • Supporting national sales and marketing pull-through activities
