**Join our team as Revenue Growth Manager**

We are seeking an ambitious and talented individual to join our sales team as a Revenue Growth Manager at our headquarters in Madrid. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive RGM strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics to drive sustainable revenue growth within the BU.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. **Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive RGM strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth within the BU.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align RGM initiatives with overall business strategies and ensure effective execution.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track RGM performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
