The Opportunity

This role requires a deep technical understanding of the IOL market, excellent interpersonal skills, strategical thinking and planning to drive growth in strategic customers who will be selected in agreement with the Iberia commercial objectives. Reporting to local Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Johnson & Johnson Vision Premium IOL portfolio, crafting a strategic plan and supporting action plan in key selected customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Implement Business Plans: Collaborate with Sales Managers and cross-functional roles to develop and implement business plans targeting key accounts.

2. Establish Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to expand market share and revenue for the anterior segment portfolio with major focus on Premium IOLs.

3. Commercial Efforts: Support commercial efforts with other private accounts in their region, working closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure product-market fit.

4. Sales Performance: Supervise sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets, providing comprehensive reports on market conditions, sales performance, and pivotal initiatives to senior management.

 

Requirements

You will need to have a deep understanding of the IOL market, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong strategical thinking and planning abilities. You must also be able to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and provide regular updates to senior management on progress against targets and pivotal initiatives.

 

The estimated salary range for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and requirements for similar positions in Madrid, Spain.
