**Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the IOL market to develop and implement strategic plans that meet or exceed sales targets. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Sales Managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to achieve business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Premium IOL portfolio by crafting strategic plans and supporting action plans in key selected customers.
- Define influence and decision-maker mapping to develop tailored business development plans and expand market presence.
- Present the premium IOL portfolio and equipment to clients, addressing their specific needs.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and support functions to establish and prioritize development plans.
- Track and report on action plans and sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A deep technical understanding of the IOL market.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strategic thinking.
- The ability to develop and implement business plans targeting key accounts.
