About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic FX Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our Corporate Sales division, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sourcing & Identification: Utilize industry insights, CRM data, LinkedIn, and professional networking to source prospective clients.">
  • Candidate Qualification: Conduct thorough fact-finding and qualification exercises to determine suitability for Xe services.">
  • Client Understanding: Develop in-depth knowledge of client FX requirements through detailed analysis.">
  • CRM Database Management: Maintain accurate records on our CRM database and update sales pipelines to track performance.">
  • Innovative Ideas: Drive personal commitment to origination of sales ideas and execution of campaigns.">
  • Sales Reporting: Provide monthly and quarterly individual sales performance reports to Team Lead.">
  • Currency Audits: Conduct comprehensive currency audits or rate comparisons for prospective clients.">
  • Client Meetings: Arrange meetings and appointments with decision-makers to present our services.">
  • Internal Relationships: Collaborate with Credit teams to secure facilities for new clients.">
  • Onboarding Checks: Complete account opening procedures for new clients.">
  • Handover: Effectively transfer new clients to service delivery teams (Dealing Teams).

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Sales Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in FX sales or dealing roles.">
  • Native Language Proficiency: Fluent Spanish language skills.">
  • Performance Metrics: A strong track record of outperforming targets and achieving KPIs.">
  • Results Orientation: Ability to thrive in fast-paced sales environments.

Benefits Package:

Xe offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 - 120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including: 23 days' annual leave, medical insurance, lunch vouchers, and participation in our Euronet Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP).
