About the Role

Nutanix, a leading provider of enterprise cloud computing solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our commercial territory team in Spain. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing team of account managers, and developing strategic relationships with customers and partners.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in managing full sales cycles, including prospecting and direct-touch. Your expertise in leading commercial teams, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be essential to your success in this role.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets;
  2. Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of account managers, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback;
  3. Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities and building strong partnerships;
  4. Collaborate closely with our engineering, marketing, and product development teams to stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings and market trends;
  5. Analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize performance;
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure Nutanix remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology or software industry;
  • Proven track record of success in managing full sales cycles, including prospecting and direct-touch;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
  • Native/bilingual Spanish and fluent English language skills required.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
