Job Title: Senior Sales Manager Petrol Franchises

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced sales manager to join our team in managing petrol franchise channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the channel through distributor sales forces and managing development plans for main franchisee groups.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Search new top gas station groups to develop agreements and analyze figures and results
  • Create different channel dynamics, activations, and strategies to develop main KPIs goals
  • Distribution gain: work together with wholesaler sales force and gas station area manager to achieve distribution and implement channel KPIs in stores
  • Promotion & consumer activation plan: negotiate and implement promo/consumer activation plan with all customers according to gas station channel strategy

About You:

  • At least 2-3 years commercial experience in account management
  • Experience in field sales managing agreements with important store chains
  • Clear understanding of markets, sales, & distribution, competitor activity, consumer behavior in FMCG context

Requirements:

  • Degree level in BA, Marketing, or similar
  • Intermediate English level written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills

  • High negotiation and communication skills
  • Financial skills

Work Environment:

This role requires a high level of travel (65%) and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
