Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €80,000 - €110,000, depending on location and experience. This compensation package includes a base salary and additional benefits.
Job Description: In this key role, you will work closely with our global customer support team to resolve technical issues and problems related to our SaaS and Managed products. Your expertise in troubleshooting and product knowledge will enable you to effectively collaborate with diverse customer technology ecosystems.
Your Responsibilities:
- Recognize and solve complex problems as reported by customers.
- Interact with various customer technology systems to provide expert-level support.
- Work directly with application specialists to troubleshoot and resolve platform or product issues.
- Stay up-to-date with new product features and technologies through training and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with our development and product management teams to drive innovation and improvement.
