About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Team Lead to join our team. As a Technical Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of technical support specialists to ensure that we provide exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of technical support specialists to ensure that we provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and prioritize support requests to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical support leadership and management.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of cloud and on-premises services, client/server architecture, and HTTP APIs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and requests.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
