Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Red Points. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure optimal customer experience and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and execute on them
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and customer advocacy
  • Monitor client KPIs and detect areas for improvement to execute on them
  • Communicate company initiatives and product launches to clients

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Fluent or native-level English and Spanish
  • Client-centric approach with a focus on driving business outcomes
  • Resilience and ability to adapt to changing priorities
