Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Red Points. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure optimal customer experience and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and execute on them
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and customer advocacy
- Monitor client KPIs and detect areas for improvement to execute on them
- Communicate company initiatives and product launches to clients
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Fluent or native-level English and Spanish
- Client-centric approach with a focus on driving business outcomes
- Resilience and ability to adapt to changing priorities
