Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the search team in all aspects of the search process, including document preparation, scheduling, and planning of candidate and client interviews and meetings. The ideal candidate will have a high school education, strong project coordination skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage documents, schedules, and itineraries for the search team.
Coordinate candidate and client interviews and meetings, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Heidrick & Struggles database.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring excellent communication and rapport.
Assist with database research and coding of records, as needed.

Requirements:
High school education required; college degree desired.
Verbal and written fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
At least five years of administrative experience in roles requiring strong project coordination.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products and minimum keyboarding skills of 60wpm.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications:
Professional services experience, a plus.
Experience with proprietary database environments, a plus.
