Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEOs in the daily management of the company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Experience: Min. of 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization and external partners.
Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Proactivity and Autonomy: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Main Responsibilities
Agenda & Email Management of the CEOs: Coordinate and manage the CEOs' schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.
Project Management: Assist with presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external meetings.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure project alignment with company goals.
