Descripción del puesto:Apoyar al Presidente y CEO en sus tareas y actividades diarias.¿Qué tendrás que hacer?Gestionar agendas y organizar reuniones y citas.Mecanografiar, compilar y preparar informes, presentaciones y correspondencia.Gestionar la correspondencia del Presidente y CEO y mantener actualizada la agenda de gestión.Verificar, analizar, responder en nombre del MD y dar seguimiento a los escritos/correos electrónicos dirigidos y recibidos.Organizar viajes (citas, traslados, vuelos, alojamiento, visados, etc.).¿Qué estamos buscando?Al menos 2 años de experiencia en el mismo puesto, siendo un plus la experiencia en Retail.Conocimientos profesionales de inglés bilingüe.Uso profesional de Microsoft Excel y PowerPoint.Flexibilidad, confidencialidad y discreción; fuertes habilidades interpersonales y comunicativas completarán el perfil deseado.#J-18808-Ljbffr
