Your Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch guest support and reporting directly to our Customer Care supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, prompt, and friendly guest support by actively listening to guests and responding in a way that exceeds their expectations
  • Identify and resolve issues efficiently using available resources
  • Respond to inquiries and handle guest queries via various channels, including email, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Suggest innovative ideas to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction
