Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, or chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A native level of Polish language proficiency
- Fluency in English or Spanish

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits and perks to ensure your growth and well-being:
- Full-time contract with 39 hours/week
- Rotative schedule (Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 17:00)
- Gross salary of €16,732 per year, plus up to €1,200 per year in bonus
- 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)
