Commercial Lead Poland and Baltic States

Criteo is looking for a skilled Commercial Lead to spearhead our commercial efforts in Poland and the Baltic states.
In this role, you will work closely with our account strategists to optimize accounts towards improved performance for clients, identify and suggest new processes to enhance Criteo's service, and encourage feedback from customers.
Key responsibilities include growing Criteo's revenue share from Big6 agencies and independent ones, signing, monitoring, and growing preferred partnerships with top agencies, and organizing regular meetings and agency roadshows.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, autonomous and self-motivated, with a client-centric approach and focus on long-term relationship building.
Estimated Salary: 65,000 - 95,000 EUR per year.
