We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager for our German clients.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of German SME clients, focusing on portfolio growth and long-term retention strategies.

You will identify client needs and align products and services accordingly, selling value-driven components to enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full managerial responsibility for a portfolio of German SME clients, focusing on portfolio growth and long-term retention strategies.
  • Identify client needs and align products and services accordingly, selling value-driven components to enhance customer engagement.
  • Proactively manage a strong pipeline, prioritizing and identifying opportunities to meet and exceed profitable growth targets.
  • Ensure premium value is delivered in alignment with client goals, fostering a positive customer experience and building customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Native-level German and fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience working in or with the German market.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a positive outlook and a focus on exceeding targets and goals.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to optimize both individual and company performance.
