Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Malaga. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of German SME clients, identifying client needs, and selling appropriate value components to create greater customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of German SME clients with a clear focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention strategy.
- Identify client needs with products and services and sell appropriate value components to create greater customer engagement.
- Proactively manage an effective pipeline, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets.
- Consistently seek out new sources for expansion opportunities, such as self-generated, client referrals, subsidiaries, or sister companies.
- Ensure premium value is delivered aligned with client goals, delivering a positive customer experience, and achieving customer advocacy.
Requirements:
- Proficient or bilingual in German and advanced English.
- Background working for/in the German Market.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets and goals.
- Challenger mindset with the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities.
- Natural forward planner with the ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to speak confidently with senior executives, capacity to influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation skills and consultative sales skills.
What We Offer:
- Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract.
- Salary 18,400 euros gross/year + up to 6,000 euros gross/year in bonus.
