German Market Account Manager

As a Portfolio Growth Specialist at Personalbüro U. Herrmann, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of German SME clients with a focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify client needs and sell appropriate value components to create greater customer engagement
- Proactively manage an effective pipeline, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets
- Consistently seek out new sources for expansion opportunities, such as self-generated, client referrals, subsidiaries, or sister companies
- Ensure premium value is delivered aligned with client goals, delivering a positive customer experience and achieving customer advocacy
- Understand client opportunities, threats, and risks to maintain and grow relationships
Requirements:
- Native level German and fluency in English written and spoken
- Background working for/in the German Market
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets and goals
- Challenger mindset with the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities
- Natural forward planner with the ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process
Offer:

- Full-time contract: 39 hours/week
- Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00, Friday 08:30-16:00 incl. 30 min Lunch
