Job Description:

As a Portfolio Growth Specialist at Personalbüro U. Herrmann, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of German SME clients with a focus on growth and long-term retention. Your key objective will be to identify client needs and sell appropriate value components to create greater customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage an effective pipeline to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets.
  • Consistently seek out new sources for expansion opportunities.
  • Deliver premium value aligned with client goals and achieve customer advocacy.
  • Understand client opportunities, threats, and risks to maintain and grow relationships.

Requirements:

  • Native level German and fluency in English written and spoken.
  • Background working for/in the German Market.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and clear focus on achieving targets.
  • Challenger mindset with ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including German native language skills and fluency in English.
