About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled German Market Account Manager to lead our portfolio of German SME clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying client needs and developing targeted solutions to drive portfolio growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a pipeline of opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets.
  • Identify new sources for expansion opportunities, including self-generated leads, client referrals, and subsidiaries.
  • Deliver premium value aligned with client goals, ensuring a positive customer experience and driving advocacy.
  • Understand client opportunities, threats, and risks to maintain and grow relationships.

Requirements:

  • Native level German and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Background working in the German market.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and clear focus on achieving targets.
  • Challenger mindset with ability to think creatively and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members to maximize individual and company performance.
