About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading global manufacturer and marketer of natural ingredients.

Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with customers to pursue profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts and new clients in Spain.

You will work closely with our commercial team to develop and deliver sales targets and activities in your territory to clients in the flavor & fragrance houses, personal care, home care, and aromatherapy sectors.

You will report regularly on forecasts, business variations, wins and losses, key visits and activities, project pipeline, and market intelligence.

You will have ownership over your sales territory and be expected to manage and grow your business with existing clients and onboard new ones.

The ideal candidate will have a proficient level of English and Spanish, relevant sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally fragrances, extracts, or other value-added products.

They will also have a strategic approach to prospecting, developing business, and winning new accounts, as well as the drive and passion to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proficient level of English and Spanish

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and development opportunities.

We support you in working cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational, and Service teams.
