About the Role
Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts. As a Senior Business Development Manager - Essential Oils Spain, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts and new clients in Spain.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver sales targets and activities in your territory to clients in F&F (flavor & fragrance houses), personal care (oral care, skin care, rinse off), home care, aromatherapy
• Maintain and grow relationships with customers to pursue profitable growth opportunities
• Own your sales territory with the ability and expectation to manage and grow your business with existing clients and onboarding new ones
• Report regularly forecasts, business variations, wins and losses, key visits and activities, project pipeline, market intelligence, etc.
Requirements:
• Proficient level of English and Spanish
• Relevant sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally fragrances, extracts, ingredients for personal/home care, or other value-added products
• Strategic approach to prospecting, developing business and winning new accounts along with the drive and passion to win
• Ability to work both autonomously as well as with a team and therefore needs a high level of self-discipline and motivation
• Ability to travel regularly across your territory and other EU countries to visit clients and trade shows
What We Offer
