About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering sales targets and activities in your territory to clients in F&F (flavor & fragrance houses), personal care (oral care, skin care, rinse off), home care, aromatherapy.
You will have ownership over your sales territory with the ability and expectation to manage and grow your business with existing clients and onboarding new ones. You will also be part of a dynamic team that supports and ensures your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with customers to pursue profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts and new clients in Spain.
- Develop and deliver sales targets and activities in your territory to clients in F&F, personal care, home care, and aromatherapy.
- Manage and grow your business with existing clients and onboard new ones.
- Report regularly forecasts, business variations, wins and losses, key visits and activities, project pipeline, market intelligence, etc.
Requirements
- Proficient level of English and Spanish.
- Relevant sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally fragrances, extracts, ingredients for personal/home care, or other value-added products.
- A strategic approach to prospecting, developing business, and winning new accounts along with the drive and passion to win.
- Ability to work both autonomously as well as with a team, requiring a high level of self-discipline and motivation.
- Ability to travel regularly across your territory and other EU countries to visit clients, and trade shows.
What We Offer
- An excellent salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
