Bilingual Customer Service Expert

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Expert to join our team in Bulgaria. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
About the Role:
- You will be working with customers who speak Portuguese, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively resolve complex customer complaints and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- You will work closely with your team to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information and resolve customer complaints in a fair and consistent manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is a must.
- Basic English skills to communicate with the team.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new tools.
