Job Description
The Brambles Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Growth Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and develop high-performance teams.
About the Role:
- Achieve annual revenue budget for existing and new customers
- Develop growth strategy in existing & new sectors
- Lead multifunctional teams to ensure customer retention and loyalty
- Implement asset productivity culture and digital transformation initiatives
Key Accountabilities:
Growth- Achieve annual revenue budget through expanding lane opportunities and retaining current customer business
- Develop and implement growth strategies across existing and new sectors
- Develop and implement asset productivity strategies in the manufacturer area
- Improve internal collaboration between areas to enhance overall productivity
- Increase NPS through outstanding customer service
- Ensure smooth rollout of new initiatives and tools
- Develop a team of high-performance account management and sales staff
- Invest in job training, coaching, and career development
- Manage T&E costs through route planning and expense management
- Work with supply chain to address quality issues
Qualifications:
- Business or commercial degree, MBA preferred
- Minimum 4 years in a commercial role with people management
- 10+ years general business experience
- Good grasp of commercial finance
Skills and Knowledge:
- Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Leading large and complex commercial negotiations
- Driving growth through lane expansion
- Improving profitability and reducing overheads
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (estimated)
