Job Overview

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and development across our software business.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive analysis and action plans, identify gaps, and propose initiatives to increase order growth and capture rate.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales leaders and marketing teams to create and operationalize our commercial data framework.
  • Provide thought leadership on how to create and structure tools/data for scalable growth and ongoing real-time insights.
  • Create actionable insights that enable cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Analyze and evaluate relevant business situations/trends to develop initiatives to support opportunity qualification and increase pipeline.
  • Promote and enforce best practices.
  • Champion competitive learnings across the commercial organization.
Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial strategy and analytics. Your background should include expertise in Business Intelligence or Data Visualization tools, strong teamwork and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and a generous paid time off policy.
