About the Role:

This exciting opportunity as Iberia Partnership Development Director is based in Madrid, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting Aircall's strategic direction for the region. As a key driver of growth in EMEA, your main objective will be to foster strong partnerships with existing and new partners, driving business development and revenue growth through our Partner program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircall's market presence in Iberia.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate and pursue growth opportunities in the market.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Natural curiosity and passion for learning and adapting to new markets and sales strategies.
