**Salary:** An estimated salary range for this role is €60,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

**Job Description:** As a Scale Partner Development Representative within AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS), you will have the exciting opportunity to recruit, develop, and support GTM and Sales for our community of AWS Partner Network (APN) Partners. These partners consist of some of the most innovative Systems Integrators as Managed Service Providers.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and innovate ways of onboarding and managing Consulting Partners, including Systems Integrators, Business Consulting, and Managed Services Providers that are moving to the cloud.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to further develop partner strategies and processes.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
