Cisco Systems, Inc. is a leader in the technology industry, and we're seeking a skilled Partner Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving software adoption and accelerating the customer lifecycle.
About You
You are a dynamic and strategic professional with a strong focus on enabling partners to drive customer adoption of solutions and increase their success. Your expertise in driving usage consumption, customer satisfaction (CSAT), renewals, and expansion is unparalleled. With your collaborative approach, you will work closely with partners to build their Customer Success best standards.
Responsibilities
- Enabling key partners to own the adoption of Cisco Software through available programs
- Supporting partners in delivering Success Programs and initiatives with their customers and providing insights to optimize these programs
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions to educate partners on our products, using successful case studies to drive onboarding
- Acting as a liaison between partners and Cisco's CX product teams, sharing feedback to advise on product development and improvements
- Supervising and reporting on the progress of adoption initiatives, assessing their impact, and iterating on strategies as needed
- Managing services and service creation
Requirements
- 7 years of partner enablement experience, including driving software adoption across partner ecosystems and building service propositions with partners
- Experience leading virtual cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and building positive collaborative relationships
- Spanish or Italian language proficiency
- Ability to align with partners and support their success, driving shared business objectives and delivering outstanding value to customers
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
Bonus Potential: Up to 20% of annual salary
