We are looking for a skilled Cloud Partner Growth Strategist to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). With a focus on driving revenue, adoption, and growth from small- to enterprise-level customers, this role is ideal for someone who excels in partner development and sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing strategies to nurture and develop a large number of partners across multiple technology stacks. This includes identifying, prioritizing, and building relationships with partners at scale.

A key aspect of this role is driving high-visibility AWS Partner initiatives that directly impact the customer experience and performance of the AWS Partner community. The chosen candidate will coordinate impact assessments, deep dives, and provide problem-solving and project management support to teams on business-critical projects.

This position requires expert influential leadership across all verticals and horizontals simultaneously, with highly visible timelines. The Cloud Partner Growth Strategist will work on multiple large-scale efforts concurrently, from initiation through to closure, with the flexibility to shift priorities at any given time.

To succeed in this role, you should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and communicate clearly. You will be working closely with key internal stakeholders to further develop partner strategies and processes.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Optimize and innovate ways of onboarding and managing Consulting Partners, including Systems Integrators, Business Consulting, and Managed Services Providers moving to the cloud.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop partner strategies and processes.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics.
  • Coordinate strategic, cross-functional deep dives and impact assessments against selected business-critical issues.
  • Create targeted assignment plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and communications.
