Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographic area, focusing on the real estate sector. This role requires developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee and deliver the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and investors.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a regional or multi-site environment.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and property development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
