We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our Revenue Operations team at Remote. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Management
    • Develop and implement CRM policies, procedures, and best practices to support our business goals.
    • Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies and best practices to promote sustainable and scalable solutions.
    • Maintain documentation related to Salesforce configuration, processes, and changes.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM administrators and developers.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Assess team capacity and allocate resources effectively to ensure balanced workloads and timely completion of tasks.
  • Integration and Process Improvement
    • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM functionality and user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Salesforce CRM Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its various components.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder Certification required.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing a team of CRM professionals.
