We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our Revenue Operations team at Remote. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce CRM system.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement CRM policies, procedures, and best practices to support our business goals.
- Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies and best practices to promote sustainable and scalable solutions.
- Maintain documentation related to Salesforce configuration, processes, and changes.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM administrators and developers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Assess team capacity and allocate resources effectively to ensure balanced workloads and timely completion of tasks.
- Integration and Process Improvement
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM functionality and user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Salesforce CRM Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its various components.
- Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder Certification required.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing a team of CRM professionals.
