Revenue Manager

Vincci Hoteles is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team in Alcobendas and La Moraleja, Madrid. As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement revenue strategies to increase hotel revenue and profitability.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date revenue data and reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities to increase revenue.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor and analyze competitor pricing and revenue strategies.
- Develop and implement revenue management systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that revenue management systems and processes are integrated with operational systems.
- Develop and implement training programs for revenue management staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
