About the Role

As a Junior Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing revenue for our hotels, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy and financial goals. You will work closely with our Senior Revenue Manager and collaborate with various departments to achieve desired results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing and Revenue Management: Manage daily hotel pricing in line with brand policy, competition, and company financial objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze hotel performance using RMS to support strategic decision-making.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent implementation of defined strategies and policies.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Provide dynamic forecasts according to budget and strategy.
