Job Title: Junior Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Revenue Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Junior Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the revenue of our hotels, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing and Revenue Management: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue, taking into account brand policy, competition, and company financial objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze hotel performance using revenue management systems to support strategic decision-making, prepare monthly reports, and monitor market trends to adjust pricing strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including reservations, reception, commercial, F&B, and management, to ensure consistent implementation of defined strategies and policies.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Provide dynamic forecasts according to budget and strategy, support the preparation of the annual revenue budget, and manage the monthly forecast process.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience: Master's degree in Revenue Management for hotels, with experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in Spanish and English.
