About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Systems Trainee to join our Revenue Management team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the accuracy of our hotel revenue strategy across various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing & Yield Management: Ensure that pricing recommendations and decisions are implemented across all channels and systems, including restriction, overbooking, allotment, pricing changes, and rate parity.
- Channel Maintenance: Open, close, and adjust free-sale FIT/Wholesaler rates and availability via channel manager, and maintain and update the channel manager accordingly.
- Rate Management: Load new rate requests, including corporate negotiated rates, FIT/Wholesaler rates, group rates, pricing structures, room types, and 3rd party partner rates.
- CRS Auditing: Ensure CRS accuracy through regular audits.
- Support Revenue Optimization Projects: Assist in the implementation of key revenue optimization projects, including new pricing models, room types, and EMMA.
Requirements:
- Currently studying a bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality or business administration.
- Eligible to sign an internship agreement with a school/university.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with another European language a plus.
