Job Title: Junior Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Revenue Manager to join our team at NOVOTEL. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing hotel performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing and Revenue Management:
    • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform revenue management decisions.
    • Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize revenue streams and improve hotel performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze data from various revenue management systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular revenue reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform pricing and revenue management strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with hotel staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of revenue management strategies.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement joint revenue growth initiatives.
    • Provide training and support to hotel staff on revenue management best practices.
  • Forecasting and Planning:
    • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of hotel revenue and occupancy.
    • Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop and implement revenue growth strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform forecasting and planning decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel and other revenue management software.
    • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
