About the Role:

The Revenue Systems Trainee will be responsible for the implementation and accuracy of the hotel revenue strategy across key revenue-related systems, including CRS, PMS, S&C, IDeaS G3, 3rd party partners, and add-ons. This role will support the Revenue Team on daily rates and contracted rate implementation, room availability, and inventory allocations across all distribution streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing & Yield Management: Ensure RMS/Revenue Manager pricing recommendations and decisions are implemented across channels/systems, including restriction, overbooking, allotment, pricing changes, rate parity, and more.
  • Channel Maintenance: Open/close, adjust free-sale FIT/Wholesaler rates and availability via channel manager (or operator's extranets), maintain and update the channel manager accordingly (when applicable).
  • Rate Management: Load new rate requests (as per SLA), including corporate negotiated rates, FIT/Wholesaler, group rates, pricing structures, room types, 3rd party partners, loyalty offers, promotional activities, and more.
  • CRS Auditing: Ensure CRS accuracy through audit.
  • Support Revenue Optimization Projects: Assist in the implementation of key revenue optimization-related projects, including new pricing models, room types, EMMA, and more.

Requirements:

  • Education: Currently studying a bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality or business administration.
  • Eligibility: Eligible to sign an internship agreement with a school/university.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; another European language is a plus.
