About the ProgramThe Revenue Management Trainee Program at Radisson Blu is a 6-month internship program designed to provide you with a comprehensive introduction to Revenue Management. You will work closely with our experienced Cluster Revenue Managers and gain hands-on experience in Revenue Management strategies and tactics.
What You Will Learn- Induction to Radisson Blu's culture and beliefs, leadership foundations, and Brands architecture
- Structured program covering Revenue Management foundations principles and techniques
- Interactive training on key systems
- Exposure to other teams and business units linked to Revenue management (i.e. Distribution, Marketing)
- One-to-one mentor with regular feedback
- Understanding of current Business focus
- Continuous in-role development through close collaboration with our team of experts
We are looking for a commercially focused, result-oriented individual who is willing to learn and grow thanks to feedback. You should have a passion for Revenue Management, hospitality, and learning. Additionally, you should be eligible to work in the European Union and have an internship agreement from your university.
