Key Role in Revenue Technology Development

The Revenue Technology Specialist Trainee will play a crucial part in the development of automation solutions at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office. This individual will work towards achieving the company's 5-year plan objectives by defining and developing automated solutions to drive team efficiency and effectiveness in revenue management.

Collaboration and Partnership

The candidate will collaborate with internal and external partners to identify opportunities and support the implementation of solutions. They will work closely with the Director of Revenue Technology to deploy RHG Revenue Management Systems and Technologies across EMEA, including Revenue Management Systems and Upselling tools.

Responsibilities

  1. Support and secure the deployment and support of Revenue Management Systems and Technologies, such as IDeaS G3, Duetto, RevPlan, and Oaky, in line with RHG objectives and needs.
  2. Develop and implement automated solutions or tools in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.
  3. Define and run auditing and reporting processes to support RPA and RMS activities or defined activities as part of RHG objectives.

Requirements

  • Passionate about revenue management and tools, with previous experience with RMS being a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and analytical challenges with providers.
  • Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a drive for results and the ability to handle multiple tasks and teams.
