Job Summary
The Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office - Revenue Team is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Distribution Systems Trainee to join their team. As a key member of the revenue management and distribution team, you will play a crucial role in executing the commercial and revenue management strategy to maximize direct and indirect revenue potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Maintenance: Conduct regular audits of the Central Reservations System (CRS) to ensure accurate loading and maintenance of hotel content, policies, and rates. Secure the loading of potential missing products and send partner maintenance spreadsheets to ensure correct product distribution across channels.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor connectivity-related performance dashboards to support optimization of performance across channels, including troubleshooting and sending partner maintenance spreadsheets.
- Distribution Optimization: Collaborate with the RHG Distribution team and properties to align and implement endorsed activities to enhance hotel performance on 3rd party channels.
- Rate Parity: Monitor and maintain rate parity across channels by auditing and troubleshooting any issues, and working with properties to ensure correct procedures are followed.
- Project Support: Assist in the implementation of key revenue optimization-related projects, including new partner rollouts and distribution activities.
Requirements
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, with an additional European language a plus.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Strong team player with a trustworthy and well-organized approach.
- Flexibility and co-operation are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possessing a modern digital mindset.
- Self-driven with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
