Purpose of the Role
As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our short-term stay targets within the Nido Living business. This entails overseeing the revenue management operations for our hybrid residences in Madrid and Valencia, as well as contributing to summer business plans across all locations. Based in our Madrid office, you will be responsible for hotel bookings for our Madrid and Valencia business, as well as assuming control of our summer business during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices to optimize revenue performance.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to track revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize and expand distribution partnerships to enhance revenue streams.
  • Support and recommend assets to improve service levels and operational standards.

How You'll Achieve This
You will oversee revenue management and distribution strategy for the assets, managing day-to-day yield operations. This includes analyzing market trends, creating and maintaining a rolling demand calendar, and developing pricing strategies to maximize revenue. Additionally, you will develop and implement a strategic plan to improve revenue performance, including optimizing distribution partnerships and analyzing group business strategies.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving revenue growth.
