About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager for Monetization to drive revenue growth by boosting bookings across our user base. As a key member of our monetization product squad, you will utilize your analytical mindset to uncover insights and identify key opportunities for impactful CRM campaigns across push, email, and in-app messages, focusing on critical touch points and converting users at high-value moments.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user interactions, such as meal tracking and recipe engagement, to uncover upsell opportunities for our premium offering, PRO.
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns that amplify our product initiatives, increasing engagement and enhancing user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to lead our CRM strategy and execution, maximizing conversion rates and boosting retention.
About You
We are looking for someone who thinks strategically about growth, is a CRM expert with 3+ years of experience, and has a passion for experimentation. You should have strong copywriting skills, be able to craft compelling messaging for push, email, and in-app campaigns, and be able to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
