About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Omega CRM Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base. This will involve collaborating with our Sales Director to create and execute a sales strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to create and execute a sales strategy
- Meet with potential clients and build lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for growth
- Lead customer communication at all stages of pre-sales and sales

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in sales and account management
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
