Job Title: Global CRM Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global CRM Manager to lead our brand's customer engagement strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global CRM strategy that drives customer loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a global CRM strategy that engages customers across all touchpoints.
  • Grow and manage the global consumer database, driving and monitoring data, making RFM customer segmentation analysis, and tracking and reporting CRM Dashboards.
  • Determine the global communication plan to drive CRM and Clienteling KPIs.
  • Manage CRM workflows from initial brief to key stakeholders to final delivery and execution.
  • Build automated customer journeys per cluster/market and define VIC and personalized journeys.
  • Measure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through impactful initiatives.
  • Pilot the implementation of Clienteling and Loyalty programs including training and adoption in local markets.
  • Ensure each campaign is regulatory compliant with solid safeguards for consumer data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and keen eye for detail.
  • Result-driven, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
