We are seeking a seasoned Client Lead to join our team at Omega CRM, a leading provider of Customer Experience services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives and expands our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with our Sales Director to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capture them.
- Lead the negotiation and preparation of commercial offers, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
- Manage and negotiate scope expansions for initial contracts, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and resolving them promptly.
- Collaborate with our Project Manager/Delivery Manager to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including up-selling and cross-selling.
- Proven experience in large account management and sales strategy development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and previous experience in business/technology consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluency in English, with additional European languages a plus.
