Drive Customer Success with Omega CRM

We are seeking a seasoned Client Lead to join our team at Omega CRM, a leading provider of Customer Experience services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives and expands our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Director to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capture them.
  • Lead the negotiation and preparation of commercial offers, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Manage and negotiate scope expansions for initial contracts, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and resolving them promptly.
  • Collaborate with our Project Manager/Delivery Manager to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including up-selling and cross-selling.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in large account management and sales strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and previous experience in business/technology consulting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with additional European languages a plus.
