About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Implementation Lead to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the intricacies of the Kraken Operating Model, building their understanding, and leading workstreams to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion the Kraken model and live and breathe what we preach, being responsible for convincing clients that it's the best way to run their business.
  • Lead by example with the best practices and key behavioural principles to clients, emphasising their positive impact on both the organisation and its people.
  • Be an important part of the process planning discussions, identifying the best talent with a lens on reducing bias and championing diversity.
  • Thrive in a 1:1 setting working on development of senior client leaders and your team-members, providing bespoke advice and coaching to push clients to the next level.
  • Be involved in high-level group programs focusing on Influential Management, Assertive Communication and Principled Decision-making among many others sections.
  • Set up a operational workstream(s) such as leadership development / skills academy as a foundation to scale, whilst focusing on embedding the skills to the client.
  • Define a clear agreement for transitioning to the next phase, being curious in helping clients visualise their pain-points and commit to working with them to overcome it.
  • Build trustworthy relationships rapidly, pushing clients and your team to create positive transformations, providing psychological safety, encouragement, and coaching to empower both the client and the internal team to solve problems.
